I wanted to inform you of how pleased we are with new laundry equipment that was installed at our facility. The 3 new Speed Queen 60lb Washers and 3 new Speed Queen 75lb dryers have exceeded our performance expectations by far. I would estimate that the new laundry equipment has made our laundry room more productive by 40%! We’ve increased our wash capacity by 25% with the larger machines and our cycle time has been shortened by 15% due to quicker wash times and shorter dry times because of the newer technology. In today’s business world we need to save every dollar we can and these machines definitely help.
In addition, please thank your staff for the prompt and friendly service that we always receive from
them. Their response time and effectiveness is second to none.
