To My Friends at Coin‐O‐Matic,
Before I started in the business I attended a seminar/open house at Coin-O-Matic, almost 12 years later I remain a loyal customer. The sales representatives gave me an understanding of the business and made my entry into the coin laundry business painless. They were able to answer industry questions and through their open-house events I connected with the vendors and suppliers I needed. I have purchased all of my equipment from Coin-O-Matic and have had only a few problems, all of my problems we quickly addressed by Coin-O-Matic. That being said the parts department is second to none, if you don't understand what you need they probably do and will get you the part you need.
