We wanted to thank you for processing our recent Speed Queen order. We were new to the coin laundry business and learned the hard way that having the right supplier and dealer for parts and used equipment was important to our success. We operate a smaller laundry facility and do not have room for mistakes in its operation. Your knowledge and recommendations have helped to us to make better purchasing decisions and created a level of trust that we had not experienced with other suppliers.
Our new Speed Queen equipment has benefited our laundry business by increasing our volume by almost 21%, while holding most of the electrical costs at almost the same level as when we bought the store three years ago. Water costs did increase as we replaced smaller machines with 30lb machines, but were offset through increased revenue. Now we have one of the busiest laundry facilities in the area. We attribute these changes to the efficiency and reliability of the equipment, allowing us a trouble free operation.
We could not have been successful without you, though. You have supported us through individual attention and your knowledge in recommending the right solutions for us. This is what us keeps us coming back. The bottom line is that you have a great line of products that you stand behind and, if we do have a problem, your parts and service departments are quick and professional.
